JANET D. FOSHEE was born in 1980 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She graduated cum laude from the University of Dallas with a B.A in History with a Medieval/ Renaissance Studies concentration in 2002. After graduating from college she moved to Spokane, Washington, where she attended law school at Gonzaga University, graduating cum laude in 2005. Ms. Foshee interned with Connors & Sullivan P.C. while attending school, during the summers of 2001-2004. She has been a member of the Brooklyn Road Runners Club for the past two years and completed the New York City Marathon in 2006.
