Nicole A. Donnelly was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice, during that time she was afforded the opportunity to intern at the Brooklyn ADA's Office which solidified her desire to become an attorney. She graduated college and attended Touro College, Jacob D. Fuschberg Law Center. During her time there she was an active member of the Latin American Law Association, and Phi Alpha Delta. Nicole participated in the Disaster Relief Clinic to help Suffolk County residents receive FEMA Aid after Hurricane Sandy and participated in the Bankruptcy Clinic to help some of the same people affected by the storm start fresh. Nicole also clerked with a Criminal Court Judge in Suffolk County Supreme Court to aid juvenile delinquents in rehabilitating their lives. At that time she kept her goal of becoming an assistant ADA very present. While in her last year of law school Nicole interned at one of the Borough's District Attorney's Offices and decided that that job was ultimately not for her. Upon graduation Nicole was offered a position at a Criminal Defense firm where she worked on white collar and RICO cases, it was at this point that she realized how much she enjoyed client interaction. Nicole ultimately moved on to a Commercial Litigation firm where she headed the litigation department and maintained heavy client interaction.

Nicole joined the Connors and Sullivan Team in June of 2020, a very uncertain time in New York with the hopes of becoming part of a team that could add some certainty to some people's very uncertain situations. Nicole provides advice to clients regarding Trust Preparation and Estate Planning, so that in a world of what ifs they have one less thing to worry about. She also handles Estate Litigation matters where she works closely with clients to manage their expectation and gain desired results.
