GLADYS ZAKHAROVA consults with clients regarding estate planning, Medicaid Home Care and Nursing Home planning, and estate administration. She also litigates matters in Supreme Court and Surrogates Court involving will and trust disputes, real estate and guardianships.
Ms. Zakharova was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She attended Brooklyn College for her undergraduate degree in Psychology and thereafter attended Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School to obtain her law degree. In law school, she was a Staff Editor for the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review Journal and President of the Cardozo International Law Society. After graduating law school, Ms. Zakharova joined Connors & Sullivan because she wanted to help families and individuals create an effective estate plan which protects their assets from creditors and avoids probate for their desired beneficiaries. She speaks Russian and enjoys traveling with friends and family.
